Understanding Sleep Through Data

At Equitone, we believe that if something is designed to support sleep, it should be measured.

That's why we're conducting an ongoing sleep study using SleepCycle, one of the world's largest sleep-tracking platforms.

Participants track their sleep before and after introducing the Equitone Sleep System, allowing us to explore changes in sleep quality, deep sleep, time awake and overall sleep efficiency.

The results have been encouraging

Participants have experienced

  • 22% more deep sleep
  • 39 minutes less awake per night
  • Sleep efficiency improving from 76% to 84%

But beyond the numbers, we're interested in a bigger question:

How can we help people sleep better in an increasingly busy and overstimulated world?

Our study continues to grow, helping us build a deeper understanding of sleep, wellbeing and nervous-system balance.

Because better sleep isn't just about getting through the night.

It's about feeling better during the day.

How We Measure Results

Our ongoing study uses SleepCycle data to monitor:

  • Sleep Quality
  • Deep Sleep
  • Time Awake
  • Sleep Efficiency
  • Sleep Consistency

As more participants join, our understanding continues to evolve.

Every new participant helps us learn more about the relationship between sleep, wellbeing and everyday life.
